Thought it would be fun to update Our sharing of recipes or new items weve eatin at resturant's.
I went to Cracker Barrel earlier and ordered their chicken salad, in a bowl with a side of apple sauce and pinto beans....YUMMIES! Their chicken salad is PERFECTION!
Yesterday I made some wholesome oatmeal cookies and I used ground cinnamon and splenda to sweeten!
I was having a sweet tooth.

I was glad to see your posting. I've been away from the board for awhile and was wondering how you were doing/ I'm doing great and have lost 103 pounds. How are you doing with your protein? I go to my 6 month appointment next month. Finally get my blood work done. I can't wait for that to see how I'm doing.

Im doing great Bill. Besides trying thing's earlier than others suggest...I havent had any problems. I think my weight is really well...alot more than expected. I will be starting at the gymt his week as I was truly busy last week and didnt even realize that I was 4 weeks out...lol
Ive been driving and walking since 3 day's returning home and I have never felt better.

BTW...6 MONTHS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!! WOW....103 pound's! Amazing!
I think my protein has been fine with the exception with just a few lazy day's. I try very hard to get all my vitamins. I have my medicated apple sauce in the morning...lol and I try to have another with dinner.
