Thought it would be fun to update Our sharing of recipes or new items weve eatin at resturant's. I went to Cracker Barrel earlier and ordered their chicken salad, in a bowl with a side of apple sauce and pinto beans....YUMMIES! Their chicken salad is PERFECTION! Yesterday I made some wholesome oatmeal cookies and I used ground cinnamon and splenda to sweeten! I was having a sweet tooth.

I was glad to see your posting. I've been away from the board for awhile and was wondering how you were doing/  I'm doing great and have lost 103 pounds. How are you doing with your protein? I go to my 6 month appointment next month. Finally get my blood work done. I can't wait for that to see how I'm doing. Bill
