I am amazed you were able to eat the applesauce. I imagine it was crawling with sugar.

Brandi, You had me all excited:) I really am looking forward to the day I can eat lettuce. I thought maybe I was wrong and to be honest hoping I was. I misunderstood your post I just assumed it was chicken over salad. Well, You seem to be doing awesome. Keep up the good work. Marion

Nope no lettece... :( But it was just as good although I do miss my tomatos and such. I want veggies like crazy....Im so sick of chicken! lol

You'll be amazed at how quickly things pass. I am only 4 1/2 months out and I can eat small side salads now. You'll get there. Just follow the program and don't get too adventurous for a while. It's worth it!
