What Are YOU doing To Move Today???

Good Morning..... Rise and shine and shake off the cobwebs.  It's going to be a tough day to get moving, but, we can do it!!! It's going to be a rainy day today, which means that we will pretty much be inside.  That's ok.  There is alot we can do inside.  We can walk in place, check out on On Demand fitness routine on the cable channel, grab some soup cans and use them as weights, put on our favorite music and dance.....lots to do! So...what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Not sure.  I have to go to the ER.  I got hurt on Saturday and am having a hard time getting in a deep breath during my cardio.  I did 2 of the 7 miles yesterday and had to stop becuase I could not breath.  So, depending on what they say will depend on what I do. Until tomorrow....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving.

Jill... God Speed for a quick recovery.. I hope you find what's catching your breath...  I am starting to walk hills inbetween my run days, so today... hill workout a la treadmill. Amanda

Sounds great.  I'm hoping to get ont he treadmill, but it depends on the doc.  I went over to medical here at the base this morning, got there at 915 and by 115, the announced that it was a 4 - 5 hour wait....FROM THAT POINT.  Uuummm....no thanks.  I got my x-rays and will go to the civilain ER close to my house tonight. Have fun!!!!

Jill, sorry to hear about your injury.  I hope that it isn't anything to serious.  I will pray that things are ok and for a speedy recovery.  Please be sure to keep us posted. Theresa

I was in the gym at 6.30am this morning and did 1 hour and 15 mins of cardio and weight so being gentle with my legs but doing a couple of exercises with them too.... bthey are so tired now so I forgot how much I used to work them and I need to get them back up to full strength before my next surgery! It is nice to be back in the swing if things again!! Jackie
