That's great. I needed to watch this 1 week before surgery. It really helped alot. I plan to forward this to some of my "negative" family members.
Do you know if any of those patients are members on here? I think there are some who have used Dr. Hutcher.

I'm not sure if the folks in the video are members here on OH or not. Great! Pass it along. I have written/commented to CBS News giving my thoughts. There is still much that needs to be discussed with regard to WLS but I'm glad they are FINALLY admitting some great benefits that have been known for some time. You might try looking under Dr. Hutcher's Patient Forum.

I seen this last night was good to see them showing good things for a change. And DR Hutcher I met w/ him first before I selected UVA he is a very educated and carring DR.

My surgeon Dr. Martin was a part of his practice as well but has since moved with her hubs and son to Montana and now is a part of a practice there. He's a very interesting surgeon for sure. Well poised and knowledgeable and friends have him as their surgeon.

WOW!!! Thanks so much for sharing that. I was told that that would be on last night and completely forgot. I am so glad you shared that. My surgeon is one of Dr Hutcher's colleagues and I am confident that I am in excellent hands. That video was a great spirit booster. Just what I needed 9 days before surgery.

You're welcome! Glad you found comfort in it. I am still rallying for more support and focus on topics WLS related. Hopefully that will come to be moving forward. It was a pretty good video!

Amy Martin is great. Will and I have had all of them at some point. With him in the hospital for so long, and then me with my "issues". I wouldn't have it any other way though. I am glad I did NOT go with MCV.
