What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fine Folks.... What a yucky day it is today!  BUT...we have a GREAT opportunity to move today, so let's take advantage of it!!! There are many things that you can do to move without going outside.  Turn on the music and dance, grab some canned soup and use them as weights and do some weight work, or walk in place. So...what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Well....I have a strained pec muscle which is making it difficult for me to catch my breath - which is making running difficult.  So, I plan to walk on the treadmill just so I can keep active.  No weights are allowed until this heals, but I should be able to do some ab work.  Guess I'm back to the drawing board for the time being........

Sorry about your muscle but at least you know what it is now....... I didn't  make it ti the gym today - Connor had allergy issues during the night - so I had sleep issues lol! He is getting a different medication which they are going to call into the pharmacy for me.... So going to do some Ab tapes and if all goes well today I may hit the gym later on..... Good day! The weather does not seem to be able to make up its mind here at da Beach.  I've put in 3 loads of laundry so far, up and down the stairs but I think most of my time will be spent making trips to the potty. My doc increased my Iron and i am actually going more instead of being Got a new movie from Netflix...I am Legend with Will Smith so I'll probably put that on. Pulled muscles in the chest or back hurt soo much. Baby yourself today.

Sorry to hear about your pec. I think I over did last week too as I missed running Friday, then Saturday due to still feeling fatigued and promptly got sick Sunday afternoon and missed work Monday, so its been 4 days since I ran. Thems the breaks aye?  All part of the process of getting it right I guess. Take care of yourself Flex.
