Looks like a nice day on the horizon. Hopefully the weather people are wrong!
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Not much. This strained pec muscle is killing me - haha. I have dance class tonight. I plan to go, but not sure how much I can do. Won't know until I get there.
Trying to get prepared for the Chesapeake Bay 10K this weekend with Blair, but that's not going well. Hope I feel better by then....I just need to catch my breath! haha.

Its a bit overcast here but I have faith it'll get sunnier and even if not I've GOT to get out and about and walk/get in nature time. My neck/back are annoying but I will keep at things. I'm narrowing down the culprits so there is progress. Hope you get to feeling better ASAP.

Jill just got off the treadmill after a busy day. What I am doing now is I walk for 40 secs and jog for 20 secs and I did 1 mile in 30 mins this way so today I did 1.16 miles @ a speed of 2.0 fir 35.15 mintues and burned 172 calories. Not bad for a old lady. I hope that doing this is actually helping me and not hurting me if you know what I mean. It helps when I am stressed and I love the treadmill. I got Kat to watch me for a min or two and she seem to think that I was doing it right. Hope that you are getting better and take it easy for a while.
