1 month update

So, I had my one month follow up today. My surgeon was very pleased with my progress while I was thinking I was not doing so hot. I have lost 36% of my excess body weight. I am down to 169 on his scale 167 on mine butt naked:) like my number better. I have been cleared to eat stage 4. Yahoooooooooo I have so been craving a salad with some light dressing.
I don't have to go in for another two months from now. I set a goal for mysefl which I did share with the surgeon. I would like to get down to 140lbs in 6 months. He was pleased with my goal saying i was being realistic and not expecting for all the wight to just come off. I was told I would probably surpass my goal. I have been going to the gym since last week and have only missed one day in 8 days of going. I am going to a hiphop class tonight. Has anyone ever done this??? SOunded fun and I need some fun in my work out. I was doing hte cardio and the strength training and that is fine but I need more variation.
Also Bekah.......or anyone else for that matter anything that I should try to stay away from on stage 4? I am not much a poster more a lurker just really hard to read an post with two small children. I am lucky to get a break due to nap time right now:)
Also if there is anyone that lives close to VIrginia Beach, Virginia I am doing the march for babies this weekend and would love the company walking.
