Two month update!!!

I went to Dr. Clarks office yesterday for my two month check-up and I lost 45 pounds. They said since I was doing good that I didn't need to come for the 3rd month check-up so they scheduled me for June 19. That sounds good to me.

Mom, You are doing an amazing job!    I am so proud of you!  I know that you are still adjusting to the surgery and food is not liking your pouch much, but it will get better...I promise! Keep doing what you're doing and those pounds are just gonna melt off! Love Ya!

Thanks so much for the kind words, I will be glad when I can eat some chicken and fish, these are my two favorite meats. I take one day at a time. Love ya Mom

Great news!  I'll bet you'll be racking up those pounds by the time June 19 rolls around.  I think it's a good sign that they extended your next appt, they must be very pleased!
