Gosh Mike, that really sucks about your job.  I was so hoping things would work out & you'd be able to stay there.  I'm really gonna miss our get-togethers.  The ph # I have for you...is that on hospital cell ph or your personal cell?  Depending on where you go to work at next, maybe we can still hook up.  In the meantime, just know that you are loved & admired & thought of often.  Keep your chin up, Sweetie...things happen for a reason.

Hugs!
Ann

Micheal, I am sorry you are faced with this.  Please do not be discouraged.  Joe is correct in his statement.  The old adage of younger is better is going out the door.  There is a trend of employers going for the more mature personnel.  There are great benifits when choosing an maturer person for employment and value added.  Good Luck in your endeavors!

Good am Michael, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time and others as well. I know this is a worrisome situation. I hope that you are afforded the opportunity to go along with the company and continue your years of service. A move is a big deal but have faith and keep us posted. All best!
