What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......What a BEAUTIFUL morning to wake up to!  Looks to be a great way to start out the weekend.  PERFECT weather for moving in, whether it's walking, doing yoga in the back yard (no one says you have to do it in the house), running, or whatever it is you do to move.  It's perfect weather! So...what are YOU doing to move today?? Me?  I'm getting ready to head out to a leg toning class.  Then later today I'm doing another toning class and walking.  The pec muscle is getting better, so maybe I will be able to run tomorrow without issues of breathing.  We shall see. Thank you for all of the well wishes.  They've kept my spirits up while dealing with the injury. Have a GREAT day!!!

I did my usual early morning gym and later today I am going to try Zumba DVD's!! I am dying to try this DVD!  Jackie
