May Challenge
It's been a few months since we've done a challenge and since the weather is getting nicer I thought it might be time to get one set up.
So...let's chat about. What kind of a challenge would we like to do in May? A fitness challenge that let's us "travel" to a location? A goal challenge?

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
How about a MeTime Exercise challenge. Doesn't matter what you do but it has to be a minimum of 30 or more minutes (ata time, not cummulative) a day. 4, 5, or 6 days a week (bronze, silver, or gold) performance. Then you could do total days or minutes for the month.
I dunno,....just trying to think of something that would get more people involved regardless of fitness fixation.

This could work....... Or 15 minutes of activity = 1 mile (unless you run or walk fast - you get actual mileage) and we could go someplace. Anyone else????

I like this...we could also factor in extra points for how it's done...but focus on total miles travelled. See who gets the furthest...I figure running 3 miles should be worth more than biking...but biking is still good for someone who wasn't exercising before....
Now the important part for the guy who's in sales....what do we win???
