Wii Fit: A New, Fun Way to Get Fit

Wii Fit Wii Fit works directly with your Wii console to bring health and balance back into your life. Get fit with over 40 activities and exercises, including strength training, aerobics, yoga, and games. The Wii Balance Board allows you to control on-screen action with your body movements as you work your way through a variety of exciting challenges.
How cool is this?  I might get one just so I can have this in my exercsie arsenal......... And this would be good for everyone in every fitness level.  I recently saw a newscast where Walter Reed Hospital was using the boxing program to help wheelchair bound soldier with their upperbody rehab.  And nursing homes were also using it for their older patients.

Jill, That sounds like a great investment for me!  I am having surgery on Tuesday and just today I was joking with my husband that I was going to put playing the Wii down as part of my exercise plan.  We were playing dodge ball and working up a sweat!  I did not know about the Wii Fit.  I love the boxing, it really is a workout!  My four year old can kick my butt boxing!  It is so funny.  Anyways, thanks for the info.  By the way, liquid diets stink! Best wishes on your surgery. I'm the day before you, so we're having this life changing moment at the same time.  I love playing the Wii. Is this game in stores yet? Penny
