What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Well...I expected to wake up to thunderstorms this morning...where are they???? (I love a good thunderstorm - haha). Instead I woke up to birds singing and my puppy licking my face (she's at BRAT at 530 in the morning). So, what are YOU doing to move today???? Me? After yesterday's rear-kicking race, I plan to walk off some of this lactic acid. Then, I have to go to the dance studio to work on my routine for graduation this Wednesday. Kinda stinks, because I may have to change my routine to elimate a few things...oh well..... So, until tomorrow....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving.......

Hi Jill! For Cameron & I, today is another day at the ball field. It is a make up game from last Sunday which was a make up game from opening day. Maybe we can get that game in today! Yesterday's game was great until I got home and couldn't move because the sunburn was fierce. A not so good effect from the red hair! But we do love the ball field. Aaawww.....you poor thing. I can burn pretty easily the first time out and am a fanatic about sunblock, which makes it funny that I have chosen to use a tanning bed this year. Hope Cameron's game went well!

I'm such a whiner when it comes to sunburn. I don't think I'll ever tan. If I would, I'd go to a tanning bed and beat the heat of the sun. His game was miserable. Well not the game but the weather. Low 50's and raining. Brrrr cold.

I unexpectedly woke up to a hard drive failure on my laptop so now I have a dead laptop - so much time will be spent working around this today - helping Bill shift my office around to get all my exercise equipment into it - so using lots of muscles today........ Will not be doing any gym today but back tomorrow at 6.15am........ Jackie
