May 3rd Dinner -- we have a venue!

In traffic anyhow, each way is going to be about the same in terms of time.) When you arrive, just ask for me, or for my party. My full name is Julie Peoples. The reservations are for 40 people, at 6pm. I happened to mention that others had trouble finding a place that would even agree to accomodate this many people on a Saturday night, and she said that since we were coming in early, that it would not be a problem. Apparently if we were to come in at 7 or later, they might not be able to guarantee that we would have a space reserved for us. I was also told that it was not going to be one long table (which would never work for 40 people anyhow, really) but that we would all be seated in the same area. This is fine, and what we were basically looking for to begin with. I'll find out how they deal with checks when I get there that night. It will probably be up to us, and I think having one between us all is asking for trouble. What has been done in the past? Okay, that's it. Am I missing anything? Julie

Julia thank you so much for saving the day I think you have it all covered and the only thing I would suggest is that everyone coming bring CASH for there meal and a tip this way it would kinda make it easier to pay up at the end of our dinner to whom ever takes it over to add up. Just a suggestion to save time. If you know its aprox. what you will spend just bring that in cash to save some time. Im sure you can go online to see there menu but there Chicken enchilada soup is the bomb. Looking forward to seeing you all there. Once again Julie Thanks so much for helping us out girl!
