What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics..... Well, after yesterday's excitement, it was nice to wake up to a beautiful morning with the sun shining and the birds singing........I'm so glad that everyone is safe. Now, how many counted yesterday's excitement as aerobic?  Well, while it did raise out heart rate, it was not the type of physical activity we talk about.  So, today is a new day with a new chance to be active.  So...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Well, I'm a bit sore from being on the poles for 2 hours (not consistent, but pretty close) and then a 1 hour of toning class (I did not get in my ellipticle time because I was pre-occupied with yesterday's excitement) and tired from being up all night.  BUT...plan to hit the road and get in a 5 mile run.  Will probably be a slow run, but I'm doing it. Thursday starts a new month and I will be posting details for a physical activity challenge.  So, start thinking about what YOU want to do to play along. Until tomorrow - stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving!
