What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Brrr.....it's a little chilly out there this morning........Feels like great camping weather! Anyways.......it's going to be nice today, so...what are YOU going to do to move? Me?  Well...yesterday I ended up being a lump and not doing my cardio as planned.  I was SO tired when I got home and still had other things that I had to do.  And let me tell you....I saw it on t he scale this morning BUT....tonight is graduation from my Advanced dance class.  I had to create my own routine and I have been working really hard on it for 2 months.  So I am very excited AND nervous.  But, it will be a lot of fun!!! So...until tomorrow.....stay safe....stay hydrated...stay moving!

Thansk for the press and concern from all after the tornado here in the Heights.  I wouldn't have know if I hadn't gotten a call and the Fort Lee lockdown.  I would have thought it was just the wind of Blair and Jill on a practice run through town!!! Congrad on dance class graduation.  I guess I'm gonna have to star****ching for you on the Ugly Coyote dance tryouts reality show on TV??? Workout - doing poorly here, after 10 mi walk Sunday with daughter in Radford, I missed Monday (and the rain was nota motivation), then got sick at work Tuesday and went home and slept mostly.  Today I hope to get my grass cut before cattle ranchers bring in a herd to feast.  I also hope to get in a run later this evening after the yard if I feel good enough after the yardwork. Kids graduating and making everything happen realted thereunto is really cutting into my workout time.

Dang those kids and the grass! Send the cattle here will ya? Hubby just mowed the grass Friday and it needs it again. We have had copius amounts of rain in the last week. Gee even with a 10 miler you think your workout is poor? Come motivate me to move more than that in 5 days. I do walk about 2 miles 5x a week. And I am doing the resistance bands as well as hand weights--5 pounders. I was so relieved to hear you and yours were safe from the storm.

Hey Jen! Thanks for the kindwords and worry in my behalf. Your workout is great and consistency is an extremely important factor I currently am mising and it definitely affects results/performance. Keep up your efforts and you will succeed in your continuing transformation and improving health.  You are looking terrific. Joe
