Good Morning, All...and Happy May!!!!!!
It's a brand new month and time to play....What's Your Goal For The Month??...
The rules are....all you have to do is set a goal, and follow through with it. That's it!!!
So...what's your goal for the month? Do you want to start exercising? Get in your water? How about proteins????
Do you have a goal that is not weightloss related?
All you have to do is write it down and be accountable to it for the month.
Now Bob...tell them what they win! All participants will win THEIR HEALTH! And the sense of accomplishment!

So...what's your goal?
Mine? Well...April stunk for workouts, food journalling and the last 2 weeks have stunk for water. SO...those are my goals for the month of May...to get back on track! I can do this! I KNOW that I can do this!!!!!
So....LET'S GO!!!!!
