pnh support group meeting

i'm so bummed that i missed todays pnh wls group meeting. i don't know why i thought it was 8 not 7. as fate would have it i made a wrong turn and added another 20min onto my trip, so i got there at 8:30 ish. i missed last month's meeting because i had to work. have i missed out on alot of good stuff? oh well, there's always next monthwhat number are they up to for pre-ops? anyone's date coming up soon? has anyone decided to go with the lap-band now that tricare approved it? are the numbers starting to move quicker?

You did not miss to much that is fine.  Nest month is the potluck.  it was changed from july to june.  Hope to see you there on the first thursday of nest month at 7pm:) Marion

thanks marion. there has been so much chaos around my neighborhood since tornado tuesday. i haven't been thinking too clearly. are you and your family okay? we are fine here and fortunately so is our house. if we had been a few blocks further down the road we would not have been so lucky. how has your recovery been so far? is the weight coming off at a steady pace or are the kids keeping you so busy that you don't have time to think about it
