I am home...

Hi all...just a quick note to let you know that I'm home.  I am tired and having pain off and on...but, doing well overall.  Thanks for the prayers and thoughts...keep them coming. I will post more as I feel better!

Welcome home. Don't be afraid to take whatever pain meds they gave you and if they didn't give you any, shame on them,...get some.  You're gonna need them the first two or three days at home. I wouln't worry about weaning yourself off unitl after that.  FYI if they gave you Percocet, that only keeps me awake.  y Pharmacist told me to take 1 percocet and 2 aspirin was more effective than 2 percocets.  He was right, but I didn't get any real relief until the surgeon got me on dimirol. Its temporary and you're so dang special.  Hang in there killer,...we're all pulling for you and your husband to get through this little additional chapter,...bump in the road,... on your WLS journey.

Welcome home, Lisa!  Looking forward to hearing more good news about you improving and getting back to the daily routine.  You have had a heck of a time!  Thanks to Ed for keeping us posted, too!  Feel better and keep us posted on how you're doing.
