What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics......
Welll....I made it home from the Ashburn event in one peice. I'm tired this morning.......
Looks like some rain showers may be coming in today....it's ok. I plan to stay in for the most part, to relax and read through the materials I got yesterday.
So...what do YOU plan to do to move today???
Me? Well...today is long run day, but I do not see myself doing that today. So, I'll hop on the ellipticle for 50 minutes and also get some toning done, either with a dvd or on my own. The, of course, lots of stretching!
So...until tomorrow...stay safe...stay hydrated....stay moving!

Hey GF -- it was great to hook up with you at Ashburn yesterday, and to talk to you about your journey.
I am SO sore today; I spent WAY more time on my feet yesterday than I normally do, plus have slept two nights in a strange (HARD) bed. I plan to do some shopping today in the great NoVA stores.
What do you suggest for the soreness?? (Lower back, mostly)

Ya...it was SO much fun!!! I had an absolute blast. In fact, I told Jackie that I did not think that we got enough "girlie" time and we needed to do a slumber party (how fun would THAT be???).
You stayed for shopping?? Dang...wish I knew...I would have LOVED to have shopped. Next time!
Ok...I am NOT a doctor and do not play one on tv (haha), But, one a few things that helped me was to stretch as best as I could and to make sure that when I sat down I had some lower back support. A pillow in the car will help. Also some tylenol. Moist heat and rest will help it, too.
