HAPPY HALF WAY DAY !!!!

Good am, How are ya'll doing? Wonderful I hope. How was your Tuesday? I'd rather not repeat most of it but will say it was beautiful outside, I got in some walking/nature time and cleaned out my entire closet yesterday. Goodwill and friends have gotten nice deliveries. I spent a lot of time fussing yesterday. I've been emotionally overwhelmed as well as mentally and finally I needed to break so I did. I'm not a crier what so ever so it was interesting for sure. Anyhow, there were positives in my am/pm but until now they were overshadowed. That being said its a brand new morning with fresh clarity and chances to move on from some turmoil and get myself back on track again. So, what's on the books for your Wednesday? For me, its a mixed bag. I'm planning to get a LOT more cleaning up/out done and tackle some To Do List items. In addition, I'm going to be doing some stretching and exercises a friend of mine has been helping me tweak and that which has been approved by my doc. I have some folks I am going to be reaching out to and hopefully that goes well. Hope everyone enjoys their Wednesday!

Yes it is a great morning ! However , I am heading back down your way . Amy is still very sick , and the doctor wants to put her back in the hospital .  So , I am spending the morning packing again, this time for a longer stay . We had a Mothers Day Breakfast planned. I hope she can get some answers and get well so she can enjoy this beautiful weather and her boys.  I plan on during any intermission I get to finish 2 books I have . Max Lucados 3:16 - AWESOME by the way . It is very enlighting and thrilling to say the least. And Joyce Myers - Battlefield of the Mind. This is a book where she helps you to handle the lies and words we hear in our heads about ourselves. I cannot wait to start it , and it looks like in between test and her sleeping, I can finish both.  Have fun with the Exercise !  Nat

Good am Natalie, Have a safe trip from there to here and I will keep you, Amy/family in my prayers. I hope they can figure out what is going on with her. BOTH of those books are neat. I really enjoy re-reading books like those where I've marked specifics as reminders in my life that I need work in or want to help others with. In addition, you might like Boundaries and the version of the Bible I enjoy reading is The Message. Drive safe, all best!

Natalie - you all will be in my prayers again. What a frustrating journey this has been for all of you!  (I love Max Lucado, by the way - I go to his website every day to read his daily devotions)  I hope the books help you while you wait, which I know is hard to do.  If you need anything while you're in Richmond, feel free to let me know! Good Morning, Sunshine......

YEAH!  I am over 1/2 way through the work week - Friday is my day off!  Still not busy/crazy at work - which is really nice.  It's let me work on my course work.  My goal is to finish by Friday and I just may do that.

We are taking the RV to Fredricksburg this weekend, so I have to get some packing and shopping done between today and tomorrow. I have a fitness class tonight and want to get some walking done to stretch my tired legs.  I went out last night for a 5 mile run and MAN was it tough.  I think it was more mind than anything else, but dang!!!  Needless to say...I did 3.5 miles.  It's ok.  With as hard as I work, it's fine. Well...look to a brighter day!

Luv Ya!

Hey Kat!  When you finish your spring cleaning, would you like to come start on mine? You sound like you're doing a great job.  I hope that things are looking up for you today - I know how hard it is to feel overwhelmed and not being able to find a place to begin dealing with things.  Have a super day!
