Ummm I think my body finally gets it...
I swear that our bodies are still wondering if we are "really serious" about this stuff! Keep sending your body the message that this is the read deal for you and it will keep rewarding you and your hard work!

Regain over next 3.5 years to a high of: 166 lbs
Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!
