What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Virginians........... What a glorious day it is today.  Another opportunity to be successful and to change our lifestyle for the best.  It's another day to brush off the winter cobwebs and get moving! Hope everyone is well this morning, and ready to pump-it-up!!!! So...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Let's see..the calendar says that I have a 1 hour belly/booty class and then 1 how of pole class - so, that's what I will be doing today.  Getting it some cardio and LOTS of toning.  I need it, because I did not work out to my full extent yesterday.  I rode my motorcycle instead (hehe - I could not help it!). If you are doing the woman's challenge, make sure you log in your steps/time! Until tomorrow...stay safe....stay hydrated...stay moving!!!

Hey Jilly-dilly!!!  What am I doing?  Hmmm....not too much yet.  I had a dr appt this morning, followed by a business meeting & then lots of business stuff online.  Plus, I hurt my shoulder last week pushing that lawn mower.  I'm not gonna let that stop me though.  I can still do my bike & it doesn't need my arm to do it.  Have a great work out/day!!
