God has a great lil' sense of humor about the timing in our lives doesn't he? We are VERY blessed and we just have to recognize those blessings, draw off of them and give thanks. CONGRATS on your position and I'm glad you are really enjoying it. I know it feels good being appreciated and working with folks who TRY and I am very much an independent worker myself so I know what you mean about not being micro managed.
