Thank you to all who have responded to my post. I usually am a very very very shy person but I even know when I need help and you all are a great bunch to turn to. I plan on keeping in touch and again I thank you!!

Karen sorry I am late with this - but you have been offered great advise - mine is the same as everyone else....... like everyone else I commend you for offering up your dilemna and asking for help! Plan each day - plan what evercise you are going to do - plan your meals the day before - do not snack unless they are planned Write down what you are eating as you eat it..... check at the end of the day how well you stuck with your plan Go back to weighing your portions - maintain portion control Eat protein first, then veg and sometimes a starch No drinking with meals 3 meals a day - 2 small planned snacks take all vitamins and supplements drink all your water Hope this helps...
