Pre-0pt weight loss
Please do not give up . I am sure you want the surgery. You may need to just re-look at your lifestyle. It may be something as simple as removing a food choice or changing up your exercise. You are saying that you are unable to exercise due to pain, are you able to get out to walk ? Walking in itself can be a great motabolism buster. Sometimes our bodies get used to our schedules, and will throw you into slow down mode. You may need to make an appointment withe the Nut to see if she or he can make any suggestions as well . Best wishes to you . Just keep at it and I am sure with determination you can get there . Tink
