Jackie, what you have said makes all the sense in the world, maybe it is a test to see if i'm serious,  Thank you for all your words of encouragement and your concerns, you don't know how much better it has made me feel, just to know that i'm not alone.  As far as the requirement of weight loss I do believe its my doctor who's requesting it,  I got my approval from my insurance within the first month, no problem. Thank everyone for their encouring words and  great suggestions, it's nice to know that  you care. Angela
