What a Weekend !!! And More to Come !

I am finally home from VA-Beach. WOW , spending the last  4 days with the best friends ever has been so good for my soul. Being with women who are loving , caring and most of all , love unconditonally with out putting a price on friendship is rare . I would have never met any of them with out this board .  I am truly lucky to have them !!  Now , after loosing 4 more pounds, unintended , I am now back in Natalie Mode. I was so active this weekend that before I knew it , poof .. their gone !! Some of it was fluid as I was in the ER this past week with IV .  I am so better now . Anti-biotics work wonders !!  I am off tonight to finish packing for my trip to Disney Monday and Tuesday. Then off to Boca Raton for a 10 day stay. I am also suprising my husband and step daughter with a trip to Atlantis next week . I just told them to bring their pass ports - and be ready !! I know they will be totally suprised !! I cannot wait . I have a session of swimming with the dophins planned for Krystal and I know she will enjoy it !

I am sorry I missed Jen and Corrin. I had no service for some reason on my new Blackberry, it may have been user error as I am still trying to figure it out . I am coming back down at the later part of month and hope to see you all then.

I hope that you all are paying attention to your water intake as the weather get's warmer. I know I have and see such a difference in my energy levels when I am hydrated at my best.

I will have my lap top and hope to check in on you all , but for the most part , I plan on sunnin and funnin , but will be thinking of you all ..

Have a GREAT time Nat!!  You will love the Atlantis.  Nassau is my home away from home .  Wish I was going with you.  You will have an awesome time.  Can't wait to hear your stories when you get back.

Sorry I missed you too! I had my bathing suit on and was all ready to go when I got the most excruicating pain in my calf. It felt hot and a lump but was not a charlie horse. I had my legs up the rest of the weekend and have an appt this am. Enjoy your time away.
