What a beautiful day! And of course, with it came another opportunity to move your bones. So...what are you waiting for????
What are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Let's see...the calendar says that I have belly/booty class and a pole class. I think I'm going to add a 30 minute walk during lunch to make sure that I get in plenty of cardio for today.
Today's Tip: Did you know that wearing a pedometer can encourage you to add a mile to your daily walking and peel off an extra 5 pounds a year, according to an Annals of Family Medicine study. So...put one one and walk a mile in your own shoes!
