June 2 - Monthly Accountability Challenge Check-In
Good Mornign Everyone....
Well, it's that time of the day to check in. How are you doing with your goals???
Here's where I'm at:
Goal 1: Journalling - did pretty good yesterday. I need to go in and put in my snack from last night, but I got everything else in.
Goal 2: Reduce Snacking/Make better choices - Ok...I did so-so in this area. That cinnamon raisin peanut butter called my name all day, and it's just too easy to grab a teasponn and go. I will be working on this one a little more today.
Goal 3: Challenge my physical activity - I did no activity yesterday, but have already planned to add a 30 minute walk to my schedule today.
Goal 4: Get more scrapbooking done - Hey...I actually got a little bit completed yesterday while updating my computer systems. So...how are YOU doing??? Time to check in!

Ok, here comes accountability first. I was so busy over the weekend...oh....wait...hmmm....ok, I forgot on Saturday when I COULD have set my goals while it was raining all day. Got caught up on movies & spent time with the Stallion & the Prince. But yesterday I worked my highnie off outside. ANYWAY, I'm going to set my goals now, on the fly:
1. Go see dr about this nagging depression (I see him today at 220)
2. Force my family to return to the dining table for meals instead of everybody scattering throughout the house to individual TVs or computers.
3. Restart journaling what goes into my face.
I'll start with those three for now. # 1 will be resolved in less than an hour & I'll report back on results. #2 will be addressed TONIGHT & will become a nonissue TONIGHT, so I'll be able to come up with a new #2 tomorrow. #3 will become an ongoing. So will that work for now?
Good afternoon Jill. I saw and read your earlier post about this and admittedly, wasn't going to participate, for various reasons. But here I sit today, ready to take on this challenge and have decided on my goals for the month.
Goal 1: to exercise DAILY, walking, or doing a exercise video, regardless of the amount of activities that I have done. I am deciding that exercise needs to be a seperate occurance for me so that I am able to get track of the amount that I do.
Goal 2: Take my medicines and my vitatmins. I do become a bit slack, not taking them at the same times every day and occasionally have not taken them at all, (maybe 1 or 2 times) since surgery.
Goal 3: Journaling everything. Exercises, medicine consumption and eating/drinking so that when I see the nutritionist next week, we can get me a goal plan.
I am not sure what I should make as my reward. Maybe some cute new clothes since some of mine are actually out growing me! Either way, I have now made my goals and will do my very best to meet them.

I'm glad you changed your mind. You have picked some wonderful goals for the month and I look forward to making to accountable to them [insert evil laugh, here].
