OK! Prayers coming up! What a tough thing - but it sounds like you're grabbing it by the horns and facing it, rather than pretending that it doesn't exist so bravo! Best of luck - feel free to rant and rave if typing keeps your fingers occupied and away from cigarettes

Prayers coming your way, my sister-in-law to be  just used this and did fine she took her time in cleaning her place and washing curtains and clothes to  keep her hands busy and riding the smoke smell from her home  open the windows and air things out throw away the ashtrays everything reminding u of it. Cleaned her car added dryer sheets there for fresh smell. I have been smokefree for 8 years its tough but you can do it we are here for you to come rant and rave all you need too....

jamie, i know your pain! i quit smoking 2+ years ago and it was one of the hardest things i've ever done. i used to goi nto my yard and pull weeds whenever i wanted a cigarette ( and i lived in south texas- needless to say - i must have wanted a cigarette pretty bad to work outside in that kind of heat!). by the time i got over the worst of my nicottene withdrawals my yard looked great! if it was too hot outside, i would do the dishes, or srub the bathroom tile, etc... anything that kept my hands busy and made me sweat seemed to help me getthrough the cravings. by the time i finished physically exhausting myself i was too tired to act on the impulse and the cravings started to subside. you can do this. your body will start to feel better - soooooooooooo much better quicker than you would've imagined. good luck. stick to it. i'll be praying for you - mel
