June 4th - June's Accountability Challenge
Good Morning Everyone.....
Ok...let me confess....I ate cake yesterday
I only had a few bites, but I was holding out on the sweets. So, I did not make a good choice yesterday on that one.
But, I journalled everything yesterday - including the cake - ate about 90% healthy and did a bit of scrapbooking after my workout (YEAH!!!).
So, how are you doing on your goals???? Are you getting there? Keeping the cravings at bay????

Morning its ok Jill look at you one lil bite wont hurt ya. Nice to see you too have issues. Not nice but that well you know what I mean. I got my 3 meals in an not all my protein but about 70 oz of fluids not much exercises lil walk in went to bed early wasnt feelin to hot. But Im on the run today have alot to do so Ill make up for the lack of exercise. Already had my breakfast this morning which has been a problem for me I go back to school on Thurs. I just have to beable to keep that up even if its yougart right. I need to pack Thurs. be there all day and then there is nothing but a vending machine there so Ill get through. But Im trying. Hang in there today girl...Speaking of I need to go put my steak down for dinner tonight.

Ok you had a bite or two of a cake it did not kill you so don't be so hard on yourself. We all need and want to eat a little something that we should not have as long as it is not all the time it will not hurt that bad. You have done so good and you needed a treat so just go on from there.
Yesterday I did my treadmill and got in my fluids and today I will do the same and maybe some extra excersizes to go along with it. I am so proud of you.
Ok just got off the treadmill did 30 mintues and 1.13 miles and burned 160 calories and boy am I tried now and engerzies at the same time. Drinking on 32oz of south beach drink.
Does hiding in the basement, clutching my heart, feeling my bp go up count as exercise? Prior to that I was doing yard work. Managed to operate the weed eater around 4 of my 5 rose beds before it got too heavy for me & I got out of breath. I did some weeding & some planting. Yesterday I did some shopping (walking around the store counts, yes?), then got my hair cut & nails & pedi done so there's some ME time. Late in the afternoon I got a call asking if I'd like to do my sleep study last night instead of waiting for 3 more weeks so I spent the night away from home. Now I'm just ready for a nap. Oh, almost forgot...I got 64 oz of water into me yesterday & 32 oz today so far. Phew! I'm exhausted!!! I wanna bite of cake!!!
