Good Morning Everyone..... How are we coming along?  Are we meeting our goals?  Come on...fess up.  It's ok.  We are ALL in  the same boat and in need of support. Let's see....last night was fitness class and pole dancing so I did not work in my scrapbook room.  I plan to today, since I'm off.  But, have a lot to do, so we shall see...... I ate pretty well yesterday.  Nothing out of the ordinary or off the charts.  And I journalled everything - Yeah me!!!! Today will be a challenge - I'm off and have lots of errands and such, so Iw ill have to be even more deligent to stay on track and focused. So...how are YOU doing???? Until tomorrow.....

Hello I didnt forget I jusy have been gone all day in class and then errands this eve. so I wanted to check in before bed. I started out w/ a Banana this morning w/ my coffee decaff. of course and then I had some yougart for a morning snack @ lunch I had the best  Martha Stwewat vineyard salad from Arby's Ive had out had chicken and apples and almonds in it was very yummy. I had class all day w/ only a 15 mins lunch break so I had to take all my stuff w/ me today I had 2 more large cups of decaff. coffee and 3 bottles of water throughout thereday along w/ some mandrean oranges and shrimp for dinner w/ a small salad and more water. So now Im tired and off to bed and start off early in the am to the speacialist for this pain Ive been having and pray they can help, then to school and another 1:00 appointment so Ill check in tom. eve. Have a great weekend if I dont catch you!
