6 Month Checkup
Hey Ya'll...
I had my 6 month check up and I am glad to report my BMI is down by 10 Points... Ive lost (according to the Dr who goes by SW... 63 pounds (SW was 286, but I go by my highest of 291)...
Life is good!!!
I'm down from a 2X to XL, 14/16 Top... I even squeezed into my husbands mens large t-shirt from bootcamp...grrrr....
From a tight 22/24 to a loose 18/20
I've done 2 5K's (one walking one running) and 2 more races planned this month
I can cross my legs now...
I eat Spinach
Can feel my hip and collar bones...
Am Smoke free for 1 year on 5/15

Thanks Theresa. I need to update my pics. My size 36 pants are now hanging off me. I have been militant about working out and it has paid serious benefits. I was in NYC this weekend and my daughter and I walked (actually I walked and she the stroller) from Central Park West to SoHo in this heat and I freaking loved it! I sucked in the energy of the city. A year ago I would have cabbed everywhere. This weekend I felt alive and it was because I got rid of the weight. I also ate all the wonderful cuisines that NYC has to offer, I just ate smart. I delicious veggie omlet for brun*****helsea. Amazing curries in the West Village. Diet Snapple teas, soy crisps. I still love food. I just love it smartly now. And I mix it with exercise. It really isn't that complicated....
And sorry for the hijack Amanda....I am still proud of you! :)
