June 11th - June's Accountability Challenge
Good Morning Everyone....
How are we coming along with our June challenge??? Are we staying on track? What are your accomplishments???
Let's see....I did my journalling yesterday, but still room for improvement. I ate 90% healthy yesterday, again...room for improvement and I tried something new in my physical activity.....SPINNING. It was pretty good. Definately something I can see myself doing as a weekly class to integrate with my running and kickboxing. Especially once I get to my new Command (they have kickboxing, spinning and Yoga classes right there on the Base I can take for free).
