Good Morning Everyone.....
Looks like another great day is in the horizon.....
So, this will be quick this morning....heading off to an all day meeting in a few.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I have 3 classes tonight....an aerobics class, an aerobics/toning class and then a toning class. YIKES!!!!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
1 - 15 minute walk so far (2,311 steps). I plan to get about 4 walks in today.
