1 month post op

Some might say that you should stick to the schedule. Personally, I listen to my body. There are day when I have, what I call, the "Pac-Man" syndrome and find myself eatting all day on and off. Then there's other days when NOTHING tastes right and I end up throwing it out. I think its very normal for this to happen along with your taste buds changing. Things you liked will go to your dislike list and vice-versa. Congrats on your progress. Keep it up!

Sounds like you are doing good Lanette. Pretty normal on the not wanting to eat but you really do need to eat anyway. If you don't, then you won't get the vits./nutrients that you need, you won't get your metabolism going & your body will go into starvation mode & slow you losing. Just keep trying, keep your meals easy but flavorful (it helps). Hope it gets better soon.
