Well, hope everyone has big plans for the weekend. I will be out camping with my family (YEAH!!!), so I will not be on-line this weekend.
Looks to be a nice weekend...
So, what are YOU doing to move???
Me? I'm going on a nice long walk tonight, a run tomorrow and some swimming to stay cool.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I am planning on doing the gym again this afternoon. I have started a treadmill interval training program because I'd like to get in better running shape to start some 5Ks by fall. I did the first day of the 21 day program yesterday, so I will probably just to elliptical and weights this afternoon to give my poor ole legs a rest.
Well, I expect to get in a ton of walking cuz....drum roll.....OUR BRAND NEW WALMART OPENED!!!! I can do some serious browsing in a Walmart. I once spent 7 hours in a Walmart!!! I expect to blow up my pedometer today. Then MAYBE, if I feel up to it, I MIGHT get on my bike. Haven't done that in awhile. About the Walmart...don't worry, I won't be blowing up the checkbook...I just need a couple of things & actually Matt's needing to get some stuff for his upcoming weekend away from home. Lord knows the boy deserves it! Oh, & today is cut the grass day so I'll be keeping busy. Hope everyone has a terrific day!!
