Hi Everyone..... How's everyone coming along on the challenge?  We are half way through.  Hang in there! Me?  I'm doing good.  Making good choices, trying new things and writing it all down.  Definately helping me get back on track, that's for sure! Have a great weekend!

GM sweet pea!!  Ummm...is it time to change the avatar yet?  Everytime I look at it, two things come to my mind.  Wow, that is so cool she can do that.  and  Ok, the blood's starting to rush to MY head just looking at her.   LOL My goals?  Hmmm.  Well, let's see...I haven't killed, choked, or smacked anybody this whole week, even though I've been given plenty of opportunity so I guess you could say I'm keeping my impulsive behavior in check.  I'm apparently eating the right portions cuz the scale has started sliding down again & I'm not so hungry between meals, so that's good.  Have not done a lick of journaling...that could be worked on.  Even though I'm still avoiding organized exercise, I have been completely successful in being active & productive.  My veggie garden & flower beds are proof of that.  BTW...I HAVE CORN!!!!  or at least corn stalks.  I'm so tickled about that.  I have not felt the need to pop even one of my "happy" pills this week.  I know some of you were concerned about my being given Zanax cuz it's so addicting.  Well, I've had the bottle of little darlings for over 2 weeks now & have only taken a total of FIVE!  So addiction is not an issue for me.  Hmmm....all in all, I'm rather pleased with how things are going thus far.  Again, thanks for coming up with this challenge, but then I would expect nothing less from our new certified personal trainer!!!  I'm so darned proud of your.  Did I tell you that yet?  I really am!!!

You're such a hoot!   I've got to add this to my list of goals too, because there are sure some people out there I want to throw down on a regular basis.  HA HA
