Good Morning...... So...how did we do over the weekend?  Did you stay focused? Me?  Uumm....not so much.  I ate...ok.  I did not journal at all.  But, today is another day and another opportunity to stay on track. And, since I know what challenges I encountered, I am preparing a plan for this upcoming weekend's camping trip to avoid the trip-ups. Enjoy your day!

Morning Jill sorry I havent been posting but been a lil busy and I havent been in the best of spirits but Im trying to eat better but exercise is not going well, but trying thats all I can say at this point. Trying is better than nothing but Im discouraged, but Im watching and reading just because I dont post everyday dosent mean Im not doing ok. hugs....

Hi Jill I am staying on track too. I have my final Pre opp appt tomorrow  then surgery on the 30th. I am so excited just have been staying busy and being accountable for the food I put in my month. I am down 6 pounds since the 31st and I  start my pre opp diet on next monday. Gwen
