June 16th - June's Accountability Challenge
Good Morning......
So...how did we do over the weekend? Did you stay focused?
Me? Uumm....not so much. I ate...ok. I did not journal at all. But, today is another day and another opportunity to stay on track.
And, since I know what challenges I encountered, I am preparing a plan for this upcoming weekend's camping trip to avoid the trip-ups.

Morning Jill sorry I havent been posting but been a lil busy and I havent been in the best of spirits but Im trying to eat better but exercise is not going well, but trying thats all I can say at this point. Trying is better than nothing but Im discouraged, but Im watching and reading just because I dont post everyday dosent mean Im not doing ok. hugs....
