Today's Fitness Tip
Your Time. We always say that we have no time to exercise - there just isn’t enough time in the day to fit it in. But, did you know, that after you removed 8 hours of sleep, you still have thirty-two 30 minute periods in the day? That’s THIRTY-TWO opportunities to be physically active each day. Why not grab hold of one of them and be active. There are lots of things that you can do in 30 minutes: Walk, run, dance, kickbox, weight train, stretch…..
