June's Accountability Challenge
Good Morning......
Hope everyone is on track and doing well with meeting your goals. I, for one, stumbled this weekend. I made decent choices and carried protein snacks with me, and no journalling. Water was the hardest to carry around (100 ounces gets heavy after a while) and intense physical activity was not there. I did plenty of walking around, but, well.....it was shopping.
But, today is a great day to get back on track to make sure that I am not short changing myself.

Hiya Jill,
I've slipped in recent days. Haven't been doing so well but I'm working on it. Its human to falter but a bummer nonetheless. Its good to know I'm not alone.
