Anyone else running today?

July 4th is the most popular day for road races nationwide. So is anyone else running? I am running a 5k in Yorktown to kick off my 4th. Quick little run around the battlefields at 8 am, visting with the in-laws, then Richmond bound for brunch and fireworks! Even if you're not running a race today, get up, move and celebrate your own personal freedom today!

Good morning Blair! Hope you are doing well. Goo luck with your race today. I am sure you will do fabulous. Be safe driving up to Richmond and enjoy the fireworks. Run already complete. Showered and prettied up! Came in at just abot 30 minutes for the 5k. That means I managed to pull off sub 10 minute miles, so I am getting better.

I clearly was the first of the fat people who finished and I beat a fair amount of the the fit ones. USA!!! USA!!
