What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics......
Well, here it is a beautiful Sunday morning. The weather is going to be GREAt today.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Well...today is long run day. I'm striving for 8 miles. BUT...my body is a bit sore from yesterday. I rode 400 miles on the Harley yesterday and today, I feel it. BUT...it was SO much fun!!
EDIT: Ok...I started out and my bod is just TOO tired from yesterday's ride. So, I'm taking the day off. I guess by the way my muscles feel yesterdy wasn't as much of a rest day as I thought it was.....
Until tomorrow.......

Good morning Jill - today is my day of rest too! Yesterday I did a lot of yard work and running around and I am also suffering for it today. i plan to get everything ready for my surgery on Wednesday, pack for the hospital and make sure the house etc is ready for my return ie reclining chairs, bathroom seats, first aid dressings all within easy reach so in my drugged up and pain state I will not have to think lol!......
Fun fun fun but then I am DONE!

That is really sweet Melissa and I sure will call you if I need anything. My mother in law is coming to stay every night and part of each day and Jeannie is moving in on Tuesday evening until the weekend and then my mother in law will be back to stay the weekend. So hopefully that should be enough. I am usually low maintenance because the pain killers make me sleep a lot.......
Thank you so much for offering! You are so kind...

I am not sure what I am going to do today. Yesterday I walked from one end of Potomac Mills to the other end and back. So that was some good walking. The only problem is, I don't have any good walking shoes. I have no sneakers. I know that is bad. I just orderd some NB this week. I can not wait to get them in so I can hit the pavement and when I get to the gym.
OK here goes my routine from the doc: starting at the top of the left cheek bone push the skin gently until the bottom lid meets the top lid. Do that about 100 times a day. Then to reduce top lid swelling, curve my index finger and lay it on the top lid and press gently 10 times, release and repeat for a total of 100 times each side each day. Oh and I can walk, too. Geesh!
Do you think he'll blow a gasket when I tell him I went to the driving range? If so maybe I should just put my pink and white golf shoes on when I cut the grass. I'm dying watching all my muscles atrophy.
