What are you eating??
Well, here I am just getting home from work after everyone's already had dinner (poor me, right?),. Here's what I've had so far, but I have no clue what's for dinner and I don't feel like cooking - I'm ticked because the doctor hasn't released me for any exercise. Geesh! It's been 3 weeks and every stitch is healed! Maybe I'll just share dinner with kitty!
Up before dawn - 7 shots of expresso made into 2 skinny capuccinos with 1/4 c FF milk and SF cinnamon dolce syrup - drank one on the drive to work and the other while working.
Drive to dr at 11 am- Protein shake made with 1 scoop caramel nut protein powder and 6 oz FF milk
1 pm back at work - 4 oz broiled chicken
4 pm at work - 6 oz Kroger CarbMaster yogurt (Thanks, Amber! You got me hooked on this brand last year and I LOVE it!) with unflavored protein powder added.
Obviously not enough protein, calories or anything, but I did already drink 64 oz of water and had all my vitamins.
