That is good news and HOORAY!

That being said, don't sweat the BMI too much. I am under goal and my BMI says I am overweight. Anyone who has seen me in person will tell you there ain't much extra there. The BMI is a very imprefect science.

I had weight loss surgery. I did it the easy way.
