Horrifying?

(((Hugs))) My mom and I are often at odds but she was supportive of the surgery. Just mad I took my sister with me to Mexicali rather than her. LOL

I guess I'm lucky...my mom was nicely pushing for me to have the surgery. Although she called me the night before and started to cry a little. I know she was scared for me...and she was an OR recovery nurse!  I think moms want to protect their kids from all bad or scary things. I know I do with my two little ones.

I'm glad you and your mom came to an understanding.
