What type of insurance do you have? Did you have to do the 6 months of dr supervised dieting and exercise?

If you are asking me the insurance question - Independent Health.

It did not specifically state six months, but I had to write a five year dieting history as part of my application for surgery process.

I also have comorbidities of Sleep Apnea and Diabetes.
