Four Month Surgiversary!! Before and Close to After Pics!

   I cannot believe it's been 4 months since my surgery.  As of today, I have lost 77.4 lbs! I've gone from a 20/22 to a size 12 in only 4 months! I only have about 30 more lbs to lose to goal.
   The VSG has made losing the weight seem so easy. I have virtually no desire for food and especially love this aspect of the VSG. I follow all the rules--protein first, no drinking during meals (OK. I do take a little sip of water occasionally), and I'm very vigilant about monitoring my carb intake.

Congratulations on your almost 75 pds.!!!

  I've changed my looks so much I have to go get my driver's license photo retaken.  Just a few days ago a clerk didn't think it was actually me in the photo.
   My hair is very long--down to my waist. I honestly never intended to grow it that long but I will be getting it cut very soon--only to half way up my back.
