Thank you!  The day the "before" pic was taken, I thought I looked very nice. I saw the pic and about died because I really didn't notice how big I had allowed myself to become.
   It takes time for our minds to catch up with our bodies. There are days that I still feel like an  obese person. Then, I look at photos of me now and can't believe how much I've changed in only 4 months. The VSG is a phenomenal tool!
